cbamguide.com does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. The three compliance tools (CBAM Cost Calculator, CN Code Lookup, EU ETS Price Tracker) run entirely in your browser. No import volumes, CN codes, company names, or calculation results are sent to any server.
There are no user accounts, no registration forms, and no login functionality on this site.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.
The site may store functional preferences (such as the active tool tab) in browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device.
External Requests
The only external request made by this site is a call to the EU ETS price API endpoint (/api/ets-price) to retrieve the current EU ETS carbon price. This request is made server-side via Cloudflare edge infrastructure and does not transmit any user data. Flag images are loaded from flagcdn.com, a public CDN, with no user identifiers attached.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP addresses, request timestamps) in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy. cbamguide.com does not have access to this data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the bottom of this page will be updated. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
