Templates That Match the Regulation, Not Generic Forms

Most “CBAM templates” online are generic spreadsheets that don’t reflect what the regulation actually requires. These are built around the real obligations: the Annex I scope check and the 50-tonne de minimis rule, the Annex IV emissions methodology, the actual-versus-default data basis, the quarterly holding requirement, and the deduction for a carbon price paid at origin. Use them as a starting point and adapt them to your own imports.
